If you don’t remember to set them out (about 30 minutes prior to using them) then it’s ok. Room Temperature Ingredients : For the best results use room temperature ingredients.Refrigerate the cheesecake without the optional garnishes and extra toppings. Don’t add the garnishes until right before serving.For the best quality, serve within 24 hours of making and refrigerating the cheesecake. I don’t recommend keeping the cheesecake in the fridge for more than 24 hours before serving.
